Description
In this week's episode, Jamie and Guy discuss the advantages of setting goals or resolutions in the 'autumn' or fall season as school is starting.ย They discuss how New Years' is the traditional time to set resolutions but may not be the most ideal. After a month of holidays, parties, and traveling it can be difficult to stick to resolutions that may be a little ambitious .
